He is survived by: his wife Joy Starks (Montgomery); his sister Nancy Starks (Charles Goolsby); his children, Katie Starks and Fredrick M. Starks (Laura Neilson); his grandchild Holland Starks; and his siblings-in-law, Anita Louks, Donna Reneau and David Reneau.
