With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gary Ray Abshire of Brownsburg, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gary Ray left this world on August 1, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Abshire and Eleanor Abshire. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Abshire; his sons, Doug (Natalie), Derick and Dustin; his sister Janice Carter; his sister-in-law Rosie Abshire; and his grandchildren, Paul (Callie), Jillian, Savannah, MacKenzie, Jake, Austin and Megan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Connection Pointe Christian Church (1800 N Green St, Brownsburg, IN 46112). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
