She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Jack and Norma Jack (Hunt); her son Gary S. Stevens; and her sister Phyllis Trent (Jack). She is survived by: her children, Robert E. Stevens (Bob), Shari (Bill Hall), Ronald (Dee Dee Stevens), Donald Stevens, Jerry (Kerri Reynolds) and Barry James Reynolds. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren & several nieces and nephews.
