With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen M. Haulk of Brownsburg, Indiana, who passed away on September 10, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Ronald Chambliss; her husband Thomas Haulk; and her son Gary Chambliss. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Umbanhowar (Rick) and Douglas Chambliss (Amy); her brother Everett "Bud" Jewell; and her grandchildren, Brian Chambliss (Rhonda), Kelli Chambliss, Kathryn Brown (Justin), Justin Umbanhowar (Krista) and Jason Umbanhowar (Allyssa). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
