It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of LaVae Ann Bannon of Brownsburg, Indiana, born in Mayville, North Dakota, who passed away on May 21, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Greg Bannon; her parents, Arthur Mehus and Lorraine Mehus; and her foster siblings, Tommy Towler and Theresa Hopkinson.
She is survived by: her children, Brandon Hansen (Megan), Brooks Hansen and Kally Bannon; her grandchildren, Drayden, Hailey, Addison, Harper, Dakota, Hunter Hansen, LaVae Duke and Rylen Bannon; her great grandchild Kohen Hansen; and her siblings, Larry Mehus, Gary Mehus, Gayle Mehus, Laurelle Mehus and Jane Mehus. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
