Michael L. Hootman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael L. Hootman of Brownsburg, Indiana, who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Hootman and Donna Hootman. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hootman; his sons, Brian Hootman and Andy Hootman (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Hunter Moore, Hudson Hootman, Willow Hootman and Sage Hootman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matthews Mortuary (690 E 56th St, Brownsburg, IN 46112). The military honors will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
