It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael L. Hootman of Brownsburg, Indiana, who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Hootman and Donna Hootman. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hootman; his sons, Brian Hootman and Andy Hootman (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Hunter Moore, Hudson Hootman, Willow Hootman and Sage Hootman.

“Mike came to my mind today and found out he passed away. I worked with Mike at NCR. He was in Indiana and worked in Ohio. I spoked with Mike on the phone for years and met him in early 1994. Mike came to Dayton to help many new employees at NCR. I was lucky to play golf with Mike and eat dinner with him. I ate twice with him at Montgomery Inn. This is a man I enjoyed getting to meet. He was proud of his family. My condolences to his family and friends. MIke was a good and one of kind man.”
