He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy W. Lewis and Artie Lewis (Hamblin). He is survived by : his wife Thelma E Lewis; his children, Gary Lee Lewis, Dianna Lynne Wilhight, Kathy Mae Clip, Robert Eugene Hayden and William Lewis Hayden; his siblings, Lloyd, Floyd, Illa, Louie, Estes G. (Bill), Mary Jo and Shirley Ann Bryant; and his children, Mona Yvonne Hardy (Dan), Jeron Rae Chingo, Gordon Stanley Lewis (Annie) and Stacy Lee Lewis (Matt). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
