Shields; his sons, Jeff Shields Jr. (Krista) and Mark Shields (Julie); his stepchildren, Terry Girt, Susie Heath (Kavin) and Judy Worley; his grandchildren, Lillian Hardin (Micah), Anne Shields, Connor Shields, Asia Shields, Keagen Shields, Dustin Girt, Andy Girt, Josh Lockard, Kassy Treat, Jessica Freiberger (David), Nick Worley and Eric Worley; his great grandchildren, James Shields, Ryan Lish, Bradley Byford, Dominique Lockard, Cheyenne Girt, Angel Sorenson, Haven Girt and Chance Girt; and his great great grandchild Salem Sorenson.
