With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phillip Mingus of Brownsburg, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mingus and Judy Mingus (Cundiff); his wife Caroline (Strouse); and his siblings, Tina Woodall (James), Phyllis Harris (Bill), Edward Dean, James (Beverly), Roy (Ollie) and Bob Mingus (Jeannette).

He is survived by: his children, Debbie Maxwell (Jeff) and Scott Mingus (Krista); his grandchildren, Tyler (Katie), Katie Paeth (Mitch), Hannah Kelly (Nick), Alisa Lei (Jason), Nate and Rachel; and his great grandchildren, Graham and Griffin.
