He is survived by: his children, Linda Judd (John) and David Patterson (Mary); his grandchildren, Aaron Berryman, Abbie Tolliver (Kevin), Mandy Nyddegger (David) and Shannon Passwater (Brad); and his great grandchildren, Lucy, Katie, Grace, Bryson and Keaton.
