Provencher, Jr. (Fred); her children, William Provencher, Mike Provencher and Kristen Decker; her grandchildren, Ki Provencher, Cole Provencher, Zachary LaManna, Rachel Conklin, Nathan Decker and Katie Decker; and her siblings, Judy Borninski and Robert Smith. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
