It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma K. Jones of Brownsburg, Indiana, who passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Jones; her son Donnie Jones; her parents, Oscar Silvers and Sarah Silvers; and her siblings, Frances, Joe Bill, Helen, Alice Faye and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, David Jones, Terry Jones (Debbie) and Melinda Wardle (Jeff); her daughter-in-law Lorna Jones; and her brother William Silvers. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Matthews Mortuary (690 E 56th St, Brownsburg, IN 46112). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
