She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Lewis and Penelope Lewis; and her sister Cindy Riddle. She is survived by : her children, Casey Patrick, Shaun Patrick, Patrick Yant and Rachel Hayes (Josh); and her grandchild Porter Hayes.
