He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Banks (Arann) of Brownstown and David Banks of Brownstown; and his grandchildren, Tyler Banks (Amanda Steele) of Indianapolis, Sally Lawson (Jacobi) of Brownstown, Willis Banks (Nathan) of Kansas City and Mitchell Banks (Sara) of Brownstown.

Memorials may be given to Washington Lodge #13 F&AM.
