He is survived by: his stepson David Skaggs (Sharon) of Seymour; his grandchildren, Clinton Luttrell, Tristan Skaggs and Ashley Skaggs; his sisters, Demona Gates (David) of Norman, Teresa Maschino of Bedford and Becky Jones (Rick) of Bedford; and his pets, Bubby and Billy Bob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
