He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Perko and Mary Certalic Perko; and his daughter Denise Anne Perko. He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams Perko of Seymour, Indiana; his son Brian Perko (Shana) of Seymour; his siblings, John "Rick" Perko of Freetown and Sandy Adams of Trafalgar; and his grandchildren, Ashley Dembo (Cory) and Cody Perko.
The family requests that memorial donations be directed to Jackson County Humane Society in his honor.
