She was predeceased by: her parents, Everet G. Page and Margaret Land Page; her spouse Billie "Bill" Blann; her son Steven Blann; her granddaughter Michelle Russell; and her siblings, Helen Arnett (Stanley) and Emil Page.
She is survived by: her son Allen Joe Blann of Brownstown; her grandchildren, Daniel Blann (Angela) and Alicia Hughes (Ed); her great grandchildren, Jacob Blann, Brady Blann, Chase Blann, Chloe Suber (Cade), Carl Russell, Patrick Hughes and Connor Hughes; her daughter-in-law Patty Blann; her brother Brad Page (Judy) of Carlisle; and her sister-in-law Janet Page of Carlisle.
Memorials may be given to Shaker Prairie Church, Shepherd Cemetery.
