In the vast expanse of eternity, Phyllis Ruth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Phyllis Ruth farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil F. Zabel and Malinda Zabel (Horstman); and her sister Mary Jane Peck (James). She is survived by: her niece Malinda Burns (Terry) of Indianapolis; and her nephews, Bruce Peck and Paul Peck (Melinda).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (403 W Bridge St, Brownstown, IN 47220). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peters Lutheran Church (403 W Bridge St, Brownstown, IN 47220).
Memorials may be given St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Cemetery or Jackson County Community Foundation.
