He is survived by: his daughter Melissa McIntosh (Rob) of Commiskey, Indiana; his grandsons, Dustin Hiten (Heather), Andrew Hiten, Joseph Hiten (Ada) and Anthony Wray (Olivia); and his sister Connie Lewis (Scott) of Bedford. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
