He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert and Eunice (Bennett). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his siblings, James, Robert, Ed, Evert, Hazel Nation, Dorothy Greer, Mary Bardwell, Sarah Ann Lynn and Catherine Louise Kohlmeyer; and his children, Treva Miller, Mark, Susan Barclay and John. He is also survived by 6 grand children and 8 great grandchildren.
