He is survived by: his children, Kelly Sisk (Tony) and Mark Ross (Becky); his stepson Randy Blair; his grandchildren, Dustin Sisk (Sarah), Jeromy Sisk (Simone), Madison Ross, Matt, Corey Blair, Amanda Rairigh and Alisha Clark; his sister Angie King (Bill); and his nieces and nephews, Carla, Cheryl Ross, Clint, Daniel, Ethan Davis and Laura McKown.
In honor of Roger's love for children, memorial contributions may be given to the Peru Fire Department Local 383 "Christmas for Kids.".
