He is survived by: his wife Karen Nelson of Burket; his son Scott (Jenny A. Nelson) of Claypool; his daughter-in-law Jenny M. Nelson of Mentone; his grandchildren, Grant, Sidney, Haley and Cole Nelson; his sister Darla Hamm of Benson; and his sister-in-law Pat Nelson of Winona Lake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
