He is survived by: his wife Donna Carr of Burket; his children, Amie Cloud (Bill) of Wabash, Alana Carr of Bucyrus, Richard "Ricky" Carr, III of Burket and Amanda Briano (Alfonso) of Goshen; and his siblings, Lynn Carr, Denise Carr, Beverly Carr, Charlotte Neel, Judy Parrott, Shelly Carr Sawyer, Ryan Carr, Kelly Carr and Shannyn Jewell. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
