He was predeceased by: his father Guy Otto; his wife Julia Barnard; and his brother Phillip Poore. He is survived by: his mother Harriett Poore (Rhoda); his children, Brook Crist (Allen) of Monticello, Mindy Boehme (James) of Lake Cicott, Guy C. Poore, II (Jill) of Idaville, April Jones (Leroy) of West Unity, OH and Carmen Hofmann (Rob); and his sister Donna Poore of Monticello. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren.
