He is survived by: his wife Bonita Casperson; his children, John Stack of Brookston, Haley Stack of Burnettsville and Brooke Smith-Susan (Trent) of Crawfordsville; his siblings, Jim Stack (Donna) of Willow Springs, Thomas Stack (Debra) of Owasso, Donald Stack of Monticello and Terry Stack (Tamara) of Dunedin; and his granddaughters, Iana Taylor and Virginia Smith-Susan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roscka Roth & Clapper Funeral Home - Monticello (6368 US-24, Monticello, IN 47960).
