With sadness, we share the passing of Mala Faithe Kauffman of Burnettsville, Indiana. Mala, born on February 14, 1927, passed away on July 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval VanHuss and Beulah VanHuss McLeland (Wilfong); and her husband William C. Kauffman. She is survived by: her children, David Kauffman of Burnettsville, Russel Kauffman of Burnettsville, Rowena McMasters (Bill) of Delphi, Michael Kauffman (Susan) of Monticello and Blaine Kauffman of Monticello; her grandchildren, Daniel McMasters, CJ Kauffman, Kristopher Kauffman and Erik McMasters; and her great grandchild Paislee Kauffman.
At 99, still bright and gracious, Mala offered one final gift: tissue donation through the Indiana Donor Network.
