He was predeceased by: his father Donald Daniel "D. D."; and his sister Carmen Diane Layman. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Ann Layman (Long); his children, Justin Layman (Amber) of Anderson, IN, Cortney Michelle Layman of Anderson, IN and Katie Nicole Layman; and his sisters, Deborah Davis of Anderson, IN, Christina Layman of Logansport, IN and Melinda Murphy (Joe) of Calera, AL. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (6765 E 800 N, Logansport, IN 46947). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
