He was predeceased by: his mother Shannan Ray Willhite; and his grandfather George Jackson. He is survived by: his father Jeremy Ray Jackson I.; his close friend Chrissy Rae of Edinburgh; his siblings, Justus Wooten of Knabb and Jasmine McCormick of Brownstown; his grandparents, Lee Randall (Kitty) of North Vernon and Tamara Jackson of Indianapolis; his aunts, Ashley Mullins (Robert) of Butlerville and Jennifer Weber of Franklin; and his cousins, Paige Mullins of Butlerville, Eden Weber of Franklin and Jaime Greathouse of North Vernon.
Memorials may be made in honor of Jay through the funeral home for Advocates for Children and Jay's Fund.
