He was predeceased by : his parents, Walt Ramsey and Jane Ramsey (Plank); his daughter Debbie Ferrell; his granddaughter Renatta Daily; and his brother Michael Ramsey.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Ramsey; his son Doug Snodgress; his grandchildren, Sarah Justice, Bryce Justice, Brandon Snodgress, Camron Snodgress, Spencer and Kyla Kaufmann; his great grandchildren, Dylan Snodgress, Brayden Snodgress, Annabell Snodgress, Amethyst Snodgress, Daiveon Johnson, Syniah Johnson, Lyla Kaufmann, Cooper Kaufmann, Benjamin Kaufmann, Maxwell Kaufmann and Mason Kaufmann; his siblings, Dan Ramsey, Pat Gray and Betsy; and his pet Coco.
