He is survived by: his parents, Wayne West and Lois West (Graham); his wife Patricia "Patty" West; his children, Aaron West (Ashley), Ethan West (Paige), Abbe Pflum (Joe), Chris Stapleton (Jacalynn) and Tricia Stapleton; his grandchildren, McKenna Ccamaque, Addison West, Lane Nemann, Nash, Jett Sparks, Charlotte Latham, Axle, Graham, Norrie Pflum, Kedryn, Anistyn, Selleck Stapleton, Gabe and Andie Stapleton; his siblings, Steve West (Sharon), Scott West (Angie) and Kehla Kivi (Erik); his nephew Grant West; and his nieces, Morgan West, Seraphina and Gwendolyn Kivi.
