He was predeceased by : his parents, Barney Kerney and Leah Kerney (Penticuff) of Hagerstown; and his brother Wesley. He is survived by : his wife Judith (Wicker); his children, Lance Kerney (Toni) and Andria Kerney; his grandchildren, Leann, Megan and Kyle; and his siblings, Bertha Manning of Winchester, Delmar Lee of Fort Wayne and Phillip of Florida. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.

Due to the unexpected nature of his passing and in lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to honor his memory and our all too brief time here together by visiting a family member, enjoying a meal with a friend, giving to a favorite charity, or expressing your love and admiration to someone who might need to hear it.
