He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Smith and Ruth Smith (Hinshaw). He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Smith; his children, Tammy Campbell, Jennifer Smith and Aaron Smith; and his sister Norma Abshear. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter.
