Betty leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Betty’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brown and Alma Brown; her husband Thomas Wesley Flake; and her sister Olla Mae Ward. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Michael "Mike" Flake (Kathy), Myra L. Johnson (Nathan), Cinda Kay DeShong (James) and Lorna Jean Sanchez. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
