He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel L. Odle and Audrey Ireland (Beard); and his siblings, Janie Ann Odle, Darleene Champagne and David L. Odle.
He is survived by: his son-in-law John; his wife Margaret Odle (Goodlink); his daughter Janie Ann Lewis (John) of Mooresville, Indiana; his grandson Daniel E. Lewis of Indianapolis, Indiana.; his sister Clara Louise Andree (Rick) of Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Sarah Taylor of Lawrenceville, Janice Odle of Texas, George Griffin of Bridgeport and James Champagne of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home (1303 12th St, Lawrenceville, IL 62439). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, St. Francisville, Illinois.
