She is survived by: her children, Shannon Chastain of Edinburgh, Shelly Sorrell of Columbus, IN and Michael Edwards (Amanda); her grandchildren, Mark Simion Jr. (Janesha), Megan Stewart, Trevor, Phillip, Kyrsten and Preston Johnston; her great grandchildren, Dominic, Jonah, Carter, Preston Layne and Artie; her siblings, David Lee (Nancy) and Becky Smith; her nieces, Carissa Knoy (Brian) and Ashley Lockwood (Garrett); and her nephew Clayton Smith (Alicia).
