He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Cloud and Betty Cloud; his stepdaughter Stacey Stanger; and his daughter Tamantha Hair. He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his sons, Troy Cloud (Kelli) and Lance Cloud; his stepdaughter Amy Mockobee; his grandchildren, Tyler, Keaten, Brett, Justin, Kate, Karissa, Savannah, Addyson, Dawson, Jadrian, Hayden, Jeremiah and Isabella; his great grandchild Jasper; and his siblings, William Cloud (Pat), Beverly Richardson (Jim), Mary Cloud and Grace Crowell (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to 22 A Day to support suicide awareness and mental health in military personnel who are both active duty and veterans or day or Marion County South.
