She was predeceased by: her parents, June Rose Cooper Henricks and Garrett Wilson Henricks; her husband Victor DeFelice; and her brothers, Sherman Henricks, Leonard Henricks, Arthur Henricks, Chester Henricks, Raymond Henricks, James Warren Henricks and Clifford Henricks.
She is survived by: her children, Brian (Jody Hendryx), Vince (Deborah Crecelius), Annette (Bill Montfort) and Jeanne (Barry Aydt). She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
