Russell Maynard of Camden; his nephew Jason; his daughter Amanda Scott (Brent Polzin); his siblings, Steve (Tink Scott) and Susan (Bill Trueblood); his stepchildren, Jenny, Brent McCarty of Chattanooga, TN, Carrie Maynard, Ed Frederici of Carmel, Bill, Jamie Maynard of Fortville, Jess and Meagan Maynard of West Lafayette; and his grandchildren, Brady Polzin, Isaac McCarty, Piper, Chase Axline, Drew, Tyler, Josie Maynard and Griffin Maynard.
