He is survived by: his mother Terri Hattabaugh (Kinzie); his wife Jessica Hattabaugh (Middleton); his stepdaughters, Cheyeana Earl of Columbus, Indiana and Jasmine White of Campbellsburg, Indiana; his siblings, Laura Kinzie of Salem, Indiana, Alisha Pollard of Corydon, Indiana and Ron Smith of Campbellsburg, Indiana; his grandmother Eva Jo Kinzie; and his uncle Hugh Hattabaugh (Kay) of Florida. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
