She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fowler and Ada Frances Daniels Fowler; her brothers, Robert, Chester, Eugene and Maxwell Fowler; her daughter Kathy Ann Foley Stringer; her grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth, Carolyn Maxine and Billy Dan; and her great grandchild Mollie Louise Stephen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Foley Rowlett (Terry) of Canaan, Katie Foley Lockridge (Jeff) of Canaan and Kimberly Foley Schultz of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, William T. Rowlett (Kimra), Sarah B. Stephen (Ben), Dusty Watson (Jessie), Donah Palmer (Ty) and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Mary, Maggie, Arlow and Millie; her great great grandchild Joel; and her sisters-in-law, Roberta Fowler of Marion and Bonnie Fowler Miller of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre (325 Demaree Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
