He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Neu, and Billy Neu, Jr.; and his brother John. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Neu (Reagan) and Nicholas Neu (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Oakley, Grady, Evan and Zoie; his brothers, Mike Neu (Sue), Donnie Neu (Debbie), Scott Spayd (Lori) and Jasper; his sister-in-law Karen Neu; and his close friend Sue Hill of Jacksonville, FL.
