He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Hay and Verna Hay (McFall). He is survived by: his wife Palmira Parea-Hay; his brother Gary Hay (Ann) of Leopold; his nephew Erik Hay (Gloria); his niece Stephanie Hay; and his great-niece Jessica Sherry.
