David E. Milner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2025, at the age of 89, David E. Milner of Carbon, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David E. Milner to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anson Richard "Si" and Mary Milner (Mitchell); his sons, David A. "Andy" Milner, Ronald A. Milner and Jeffrey D. Milner; and his siblings, Thelma Thomas, Marie Milner and John Milner.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Milner; his daughter Mary Ann Thompson (Brad); his grandchildren, Jason Milner (Brittany), Wes Milner (Angie), Wade Milner (Bryttani), Kyle Thompson (Erin), Ryan Thompson (Abby), Seth Thompson, Carli Lowe (K. J.) and Whitney Milner (Justin Bryant); his daughters-in-law, Lillie Milner and DeBrenn Milner; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy I. Milner, Gayla VanHorn and Darrell Smith (Jana). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lawson-Miller Chapel (1702 E National Ave, Brazil, IN 47834). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Clay County 4-H Horse and Pony 6656 North State Road 59 Brazil, Indiana 47834.
