He was predeceased by: his parents, Anson Richard "Si" and Mary Milner (Mitchell); his sons, David A. "Andy" Milner, Ronald A. Milner and Jeffrey D. Milner; and his siblings, Thelma Thomas, Marie Milner and John Milner.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Milner; his daughter Mary Ann Thompson (Brad); his grandchildren, Jason Milner (Brittany), Wes Milner (Angie), Wade Milner (Bryttani), Kyle Thompson (Erin), Ryan Thompson (Abby), Seth Thompson, Carli Lowe (K. J.) and Whitney Milner (Justin Bryant); his daughters-in-law, Lillie Milner and DeBrenn Milner; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy I. Milner, Gayla VanHorn and Darrell Smith (Jana). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
