He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Dowers and Grace Dowers (Williams); and his great grandchild Wyatt McCammon. He is survived by : his children, Libby Hopper (John), James R. Dowers (Jodi) and Amy McCammon (Rob); and his grandchildren, Allison, Taylor, Garth, Madisyn, Kyra, Kaitlyn, Mitchel and Cierra. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
