He is survived by: his children, Gregory Hay (Jenna) of Sullivan, IN, Matthew Nicol (Arika) of Sullivan, IN and Paige Nicol (Brian Hussong) of Sullivan, IN.; his siblings, Julie Bohnert (John) of Sebring, FL, Christy Nicol of Bellingham, WA and James Nicol (Becky) of Terre Haute, IN; his grandchildren, Gracelynn, Martin Hay, Rilie, Madison, Adalynn Nicol, Carter, Emma Hussong and Jacklyn Rose-Nicol; his niece Elizabeth Nicol; and his nephews, Jack Nicol and David Bedwell.
