Alan D. Figg Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alan D. Figg of Carmel, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2026 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alan D. Figg to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid Alan farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Alan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his father LeRoy Figg. He is survived by: his mother Margrit Figg; his wife Patty England (England); his daughter Evangeline (Nazif Selimovic); his granddaughter Marley; his sisters, Karen Russell (Tim) and Debbie Orr (Kevin); and his stepchildren, Katie DeVier (Josh) and Matthew England (Alyssa). He is also survived by nephews, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (10655 Haverstick Rd., Carmel, IN 46033). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (https://dogood.t2t.org) or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
