With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jo Smith of Carmel, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 18, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Georgia Branum Greer (Williams); her husband William Art Smith; and her sister Suetta Perfetto. She is survived by: her children, Laura Smith Theis (Larry) and Ronald Lee Brinkmeyer (Jenny); her grandchildren, Travis Theis, Molly Richard (Kyel) and Rachael Lampe (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Lampe, Annalee Lampe and Evan Richard.
