He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Wrigley Fulton of Erlanger and Sylvia Fulton (Morgan) of Oldham County, Kentucky.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Fulton (Schwartz); his sons, Alexander Joseph (Ashley) and David Christopher; his grandchildren, Emerson and Eleanor Fulton; his sister Donna Perkins (Fulton); and his nephew Eric Perkins (Jessica). He is also survived by 6 great nieces and nephews in addition to many cousins.
