He is survived by: his wife Rita; his daughters, Christine Patt Carrie (Joel Bailey) and Rebecca Kolacki (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Ethan, Olivia, Shelby, Fisher, Amelia and Jack; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Micek, Mary Kay Young, Gigi Litecky, Bill Polston, Tom Polston and Bob Polston.
