She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Schwingel and Joyce M. Schwingel. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughter Kristin L. Kline (Adam); her granddaughters, Grace and Madeline Kline; her sister Ruth Didas; and her siblings-in-law, Ann Colpitts (William), Thomas Muccigrosso (April) and Mark Muccigrosso (Iris). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Health Network MD Anderson Cancer Center.
